Concept Creation and Design

  • To ensure harmony, balance, and achievement of the desired look and feel, a comprehensive color study is conducted.

  • Floor plans, furniture selections, and material choices (flooring, surfaces, lighting) are refined to create a cohesive design.

  • Custom fixtures, décor elements, upholstery and fabric, accessories and artwork are thoughtfully curated.

  • Contractors and vendors are engaged to secure quotes and assess their availability for the project timeline and goals.

  • A proposal is prepared—outlining all selections, budget, and your approval to ensure a seamless execution.

Procurement and Installation

  • All orders for furniture, materials and accessories are placed, managed, and tracked to enable a cohesive delivery.

  • Vendors are supervised and coordinated to ensure the work progresses in the right sequence, avoiding unnecessary delays.

  • Final styling, décor placement and installation of accessories bring the space to life, ensuring the details are perfect.

  • Every aspect is meticulously managed to ensure the project stays within the stated timeline, budget, and agreed-upon vision.
